Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility and Time Frame

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date the customer receives the item. To qualify for return, items must remain in original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

Initiate returns by using the 'Contact' page on our website or by contacting blake.furnell@aamobraces.com. All returns require pre-authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Upon approval, return items to:

Shipping Responsibility

Company-Paid Return Shipping: We provide prepaid return shipping labels for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction with the product
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Damaged or defective merchandise

Customer-Paid Return Shipping: Customer bears return shipping costs when requesting size exchanges due to customer error in ordering (please see our exchange policy below).

Damages and Defects

Inspect orders immediately upon receipt. Report defective, damaged, or incorrect items promptly to blake.furnell@aamobraces.com for evaluation and resolution.

Exchanges

Size Exchanges (Customer Error): We offer free size exchanges when customers order incorrect sizes. Customer pays return shipping; we provide free economy shipping for the replacement item.

European Union Consumer Rights

EU customers retain the statutory 14-day withdrawal right regardless of reason. Standard return conditions apply: original condition, unused, with tags and packaging, plus proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection, we notify customers of refund approval status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may require additional time. Contact blake.furnell@aamobraces.com if refunds exceed 15 business days post-approval.
